A selective culture media supplement for the isolation of Clostridium perfringens, TSC Perfringens Supplement is intended for use in culture media for the microbiological analysis of food, animal feed, water, and environmental samples and is for use with NCM0077.

• Platform: dehydrated culture media
• Formula: cycloserine 400mg/L
• Preparation:
• Using aseptic technique, remove the crimp cap and rubber stopper, aseptically retain the stopper
• Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile deionised/RO water as indicated in the table on the technical specifications sheet
• Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve
• Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions
