Skim Milk Powder is used when preparing microbiology culture media in a laboratory setting. Milk Powder is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions in humans. A bacteriological grade of thermophile free spray dried skim milk. Used in Milk Plate Count Agar (FSA1466) and in media for diagnostic tests involving the digestion or coagulation of casein and the fermentation of lactose. Recommended working concentration 10%.
