Physical form

Liquid in 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4 with 0.01% EDTA. Filtered to sterility using 0.2 micron filter in a sterile vial.

Prepared by sequential flotation ultracentrifugation technique using KBr for density adjustments. Protein is determined by modified Lowry method using BSA as the standard.
