Immunocytochemistry: 2µg/ml of this lot showed positive immunostaining for α-1 subunit in Colo 205 cells.
Flow Cytometry: 0.2µg of this lot detected α-1 subunit in fixed NCI H292 cells (see data).

Specific for the α-1 subunit isoform.
